Frequently Asked Questions

A. It costs $20 for the first lesson (Intake/Beginner class). This class is mandatory for anyone that hasn’t shot with us before as we go over Range Rules and Safety during this class

B. It costs $10/class and $5 for rental for the day for each class that you attend after that

C. After 3 classes you MUST join US Archery www.usarchery.org at some level  and you must bring a copy of your membership card with you to the fourth class

D. For yearly club membership it costs $50/person/year to join or $70/family/year, whichever you feel is more appropriate for your situation.dd an answer to this item.

No, we have bows available on a first come, first serve basis (Recurve and Compound) to rent for $5/dayr to this item.

A. We meet at Barbara Calhoun Park in Perry, Ga (1802 Tucker Road) 

B. We meet at a designated indoor space during inclement weather, the location of which is posted to our Facebook site. (our indoor space isn’t permanent at this time)

A. Keep at lookout at the Facebook page for last minute changes/cancellations

B. Every Saturday at 11am our weekly JOAD (Junior Olympic Archery Development) and Adult Program classes which run concurrently

C. One Saturday a month at 11am for our Intake/Beginner class.

A. We offer group lessons through the club, cost is dependent on group size and where lessons are given

B. Coach Lee offers private lessons that are arranged between the two of you and you may contact her at flamegoddess@gmail.com or you can schedule it on our appointments page.

A. You will need to fill out the Liability Form from the club (front and back) before you can take your first lesson.

B. You will need to fill out the US Archery Photo Waiver before you take your first lesson

C. If you want to join the club you can fill out the Club membership form at any time

D. If you want to order a club shirt you can fill out this form at any time

a. You must wear closed toe shoes in order to shoot, NO EXCEPTIONS

b. Please bring something to drink, sunscreen and bug spray, especially during the summer

c. Dress in tight fitting sleeves if possible so it doesn’t get caught in the string

d. Wear long hair tied back or up so it doesn’t get caught in the string

e. We accept cash, checks and credit cards for lessons, bow rentals, shirt orders and club membership

f. As a courtesy we will mail your US Archery check for you but it is better if you go online to the site to register after your 3rd class

g. All tournaments that we inform our club about are free to watch and we welcome and encourage everyone to attend to see if this is something that you eventually would like to do
